About the role
Join Zip’s Customer Experience team and help millions of Australians enjoy seamless digital payments. This casual position offers 12‑15 hours per week across at least three weekdays, with a focus on delivering memorable service to a diverse customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and tickets, providing accurate and friendly assistance.
- Escalate complex queries to relevant internal teams while maintaining ownership of the customer journey.
- Identify recurring issues and propose process or product improvements.
- Follow established workflows and documentation standards with strong attention to detail.
- Build relationships with colleagues across the organisation to enhance service delivery.
Required profile
- 6‑12+ months experience in a customer‑facing or support role.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and quick thinking under pressure.
- Team‑oriented mindset, willing to share knowledge and support peers.
- Adaptable, able to follow directions and manage change.
- Available to work onsite on weekdays.
