Remote Insurance Appointment Setter

About the role
We are looking for a motivated remote professional to handle outbound outreach and schedule insurance quote appointments with warm leads. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring prospects are qualified and smoothly transferred to our sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm insurance leads using the Ricochet click‑to‑dial system.
- Schedule insurance quotes and appointments, confirming details with prospects.
- Maintain a high volume of dials per session with automated dialing technology.
- Collect and verify contact information and prospect requirements, taking accurate notes.
- Relay appointment details and insights to the sales team via email or internal apps.
- Leave professional voicemails when prospects are unavailable.
- Achieve a minimum of 10–12 scheduled appointments each week.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication with a clear, professional phone presence.
- Strong command of English and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service (preferred).
- High attention to detail for accurate note‑taking and CRM entry.
- Tech‑savvy and able to master new software quickly.
- Reliable high‑speed internet, quality headset, and a quiet home office.
- Self‑motivated and disciplined in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented remote environment.
