About the role

We are looking for a remote Appointment Setter to warm up leads and book qualified appointments for our sales team. The role focuses on high‑volume outbound calling and email follow‑up to move prospects through the pipeline efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to engage business owners and decision‑makers.
  • Manage lead lists, track call outcomes, and update contacts using Apollo.io.
  • Re‑engage missed calls through email and phone to improve connection rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales closer to ensure smooth handoff of qualified appointments.
  • Focus exclusively on appointment setting to keep the sales funnel moving.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound sales.
  • Strong proficiency with Apollo.io for lead sourcing and dialing.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
  • Excellent verbal communication with a professional phone presence.
  • Ability to sustain high‑volume outbound calling with consistency.
  • Background in B2B sales or marketing services, preferably with home‑services or local business clients.
