Customer Experience Representative

About the role

Join Galderma’s Customer Experience team in North Sydney and be the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. You will handle enquiries, support order processing, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for our dermatology customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
• Assist with orders, returns, delivery updates, and general product or service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage complaints, and escalate complex matters when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information across CRM and online ordering platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to resolve queries and improve overall experience.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare, FMCG or a similar fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable handling high volumes of calls and emails while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with a genuine customer‑first mindset.
• Calm, resilient, solutions‑focused and able to manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with order entry platforms or similar digital tools.
