About the role
Australia Post is seeking a Customer Communications Advisor to support the planning and delivery of communications for key strategic programmes. Reporting to the Senior Customer Communications and Stakeholder Manager, you will ensure that messages are timely, accurate and aligned with organisational goals, helping to create positive outcomes for customers and the community.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver allocated engagement and communication activities on schedule and in line with agreed standards.
- Support service and change‑related communications by preparing materials, coordinating actions and tracking progress.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and service delivery.
- Produce high‑quality, accessible and engaging communications across a range of channels.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to translate complex or technical information into clear, audience‑appropriate content.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive mindset focused on delivering high‑quality outcomes.
- Experience working effectively in a team and collaborating across functions.
