Marketing Coordinator

YETI is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of multi‑channel campaigns that boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The role is ideal for an organized, detail‑oriented marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop, coordinate, and deliver marketing briefs and campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage day‑to‑day campaign execution, including timelines, assets, budgets, and post‑campaign reporting.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure all activities are accurately scheduled.
• Support planning and delivery of brand, partner, and trade‑show events, including logistics and vendor coordination.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor social media content on Instagram and Facebook, responding to engagement in line with brand guidelines.
• Analyze affiliate marketing performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Tertiary degree or qualifications in Marketing and/or Graphic Design.
• Proven experience coordinating marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time‑management and attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work autonomously while collaborating with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) – highly advantageous.
• Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
