Customer Category Manager – Independent Grocery & Discounters

About the role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Customer Category Manager to lead the Independent Grocery & Discounters segment in Sydney. You will act as the bridge between category strategy and customer sales, turning insights into compelling stories that drive growth for both CCEP and its retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the voice of Independent Grocery customers within CCEP.
• Apply category strategy and growth priorities to customer‑specific plans.
• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and range review processes from insight to recommendation.
• Partner with Range & Space teams to develop planogram, space and visibility recommendations.
• Provide clear RSVPO (Range, Space, Visibility, Price, Operations) direction for consistent execution.
• Build sales capability through stronger category, shopper and customer narratives.

Required profile

• Commercial storyteller who can translate data and strategy into persuasive narratives.
• Proven experience in category or commercial leadership, preferably within consumer goods.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales, range, and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to influence and lead through clarity and partnership.
