Construction Manager

About the role

In this leadership position you will act as the primary point of contact for high‑level project execution, overseeing project managers, engineers and site supervisors while ensuring cross‑functional alignment across all developments of a leading subcontractor.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic project oversight for multiple construction projects.
• Leadership and mentorship of a construction team working across 18 projects in the Greater Sydney Region.
• Management of commercial risk and performance improvement.
• Regulatory compliance, quality assurance and executive reporting.
• Stakeholder management and end‑to‑end execution from inception to completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Trade Certificate in structural trades.
• Experience in building construction or the steel industry.
• Proven track record delivering residential, industrial or commercial building projects.
• Strong communication skills and experience managing a team of ten or more.
