Construction Manager – Insurance Repairs

About the role

An established insurance repair contractor is looking for an experienced senior project manager to step into a Construction Manager position. You will oversee multiple residential and commercial insurance repair portfolios, lead delivery teams, and work toward senior operational management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of insurance repair projects across residential and commercial sites.
• Supervise multiple project teams, site supervisors, and external trades.
• Ensure compliance with insurance KPIs, WH&S regulations, and quality standards.
• Control budgets, variations, and repair programs for active claims.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, loss adjusters, and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Proven background as a Senior Project Manager in insurance repairs or restoration.
• Experience handling high‑volume, fast‑turnaround repair projects.
• Commercially astute with strong cost‑control and scheduling capabilities.
• Confident leader able to mentor project managers and supervisors.
• Motivated to progress into a Construction Manager role.
