Commercial & Consumer Operations Executive

About the role

This hands‑on position sits at the intersection of our Commercial and Consumer teams, supporting both internal operations and external client relationships. You will ensure smooth day‑to‑day processes while representing the club to corporate partners and members.

Key responsibilities

• Support Commercial and Membership teams with daily operational tasks.
• Onboard new corporate clients and maintain long‑term service relationships.
• Assist sales activities, manage renewals and respond to client enquiries.
• Coordinate hospitality and match‑day delivery for corporate guests.
• Work across internal teams to keep projects and campaigns on schedule.
• Lead improvements to key processes, including CRM management and reporting.
• Support membership fulfilment, communications and renewal activities.

Required profile

• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong relationship builder who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders.
• Confident communicator with a customer‑first mindset.
• Experience in sales support, operations or account management.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable working with data and systems.
• Proactive, initiative‑taking and continuously seeks process improvements.
