Civil Supervisor – Infrastructure Services

About the role

Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join its Northern Queensland team in Townsville. You will be a key member of the Infrastructure Services project team, responsible for leading civil construction activities while ensuring safety, productivity, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across a diverse and complex environment.
• Lead on‑site civil construction crews, prioritising safety and high productivity.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgeting and timeline adherence.
• Make decisive decisions, take initiative and adapt to changing site conditions.
• Foster a culture of autonomy, celebrate positive outcomes and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• Seasoned supervisor with solid experience in civil construction.
• Proven commitment to safety and strong leadership qualities.
• Resilient, adaptable and comfortable making decisions under pressure.
• Dedicated leader who can motivate teams and manage complex projects.
