Civil Supervisor – North Queensland

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor (Foreman) to join our team delivering infrastructure projects across North Queensland. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead on‑site crews, coordinate subcontractors and ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities on multiple sites.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to meet programme milestones and productivity targets.
• Manage subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Motivate the workforce and foster a high‑performing, teamwork‑focused culture.
• Monitor progress, report on‑site performance and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Certificate III in Civil Construction (mandatory).
• Proven supervisory experience in civil construction.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes.
• Self‑starter attitude with a focus on delivering value‑for‑money results.
