Concrete Pump Operator – FIFO (3 weeks on, 1 week off)

About the role

CPB Contractors is seeking experienced Concrete Pump Operators for a new defence construction project in the Northwest of Western Australia. This is a full‑time, fly‑in‑fly‑out (FIFO) position operating on a 3 weeks on, 1 week off roster.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain concrete boom pumps (PB) safely and efficiently.
• Support construction upgrades to airfield asphalt pavements and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate with site crews to ensure timely concrete placement.
• Adhere to all safety standards and site procedures.

Required profile

• High Risk Work Licence – concrete boom pump (PB).
• HR Drivers Licence.
• PTD endorsement (highly desirable).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a police clearance for the project duration.
• Minimum 2‑3 years FIFO experience in a similar role.
• Flexible, adaptable and strong safety awareness.
