Casual Front of House All‑Rounder (Host/Waitstaff/Runner)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic casual front‑of‑house all‑rounders to join The Bavarian’s vibrant dining team. In this role you will rotate between hosting, waiting, and running duties, delivering a German‑inspired, family‑friendly experience to our guests across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, manage reservations and waiting lists.
• Take food and beverage orders, serve meals and drinks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Clear and reset tables, maintain a clean dining area, and support kitchen staff as needed.
• Process payments, handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Promote the venue’s beer and food offerings, upsell where appropriate.
• Adhere to health, safety and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) standards.

Required profile

• Guest‑obsessed with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work well in a team.
• Sense of urgency and willingness to take initiative.
• Meet the legal age to serve alcohol in a licensed venue.
• Hold a valid RSA certificate.
