About the role
Goodwe, a global leader in inverter technology, is expanding its Australia and New Zealand team. We are seeking a Business Development Manager based in New South Wales to drive sales of our solar solutions across the NSW market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers in NSW.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and sales collateral.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Provide customer training and product presentations.
- Prepare sales forecasts and track performance against key metrics.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the solar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work well in a team.
- Excellent communication and customer‑focused attitude.
- Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently; a valid driving licence is required.

- Microsoft Office proficiency
