Business Development Manager – MRP/ERP Solutions

About the role
Join a leading digital engineering and manufacturing solutions provider as the Business Development Manager for a brand‑new MRP solution targeting the ANZ manufacturing sector. You will own the go‑to‑market strategy, convert strong inbound demand and acquire new customers across SMEs and eventually larger enterprises.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and convert inbound demand into closed deals.
- Drive new business across the ANZ manufacturing market, engaging CEOs, COOs, CFOs and operations leaders.
- Run full‑cycle, multi‑stakeholder sales processes with 4‑6 week sales cycles.
- Diagnose supply‑chain, production, inventory and planning challenges and position a value‑led MRP/ERP solution.
- Develop and execute territory and pursuit strategies.
- Collaborate closely with pre‑sales, delivery and technical specialists to close deals.
Required profile
- 3‑5+ years selling ERP, MRP or manufacturing software solutions.
- Strong new‑business hunter mentality with proven ability to manage complex, multi‑threaded sales cycles.
- Experience creating ROI‑focused business cases for manufacturing, supply‑chain or operations teams.
- Comfortable engaging senior executives and building relationships.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) is a plus.
Required skills

- $150K base salary plus superannuation, car allowance and uncapped commission (OTE $350K‑$400K).
