About the role
Odoo is seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Manager to guide a large portfolio of mass‑market customers through adoption, expansion and renewal. Working closely with Sales, Support and Services, you will ensure a seamless experience for customers using Odoo’s open‑source enterprise management platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 1,000 customers, balancing low‑touch automation with high‑touch personalized engagement.
- Lead the onboarding process, providing tools and resources for customers to succeed with Odoo.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, offering guidance and support throughout each customer’s journey.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify growth opportunities and develop expansion strategies.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and French.
- Passion for software products and strong business acumen.
- Highly organised, autonomous and able to manage time effectively.
- Excellent priority‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Quick learner with unrestricted working rights in Australia.
