Destination Manager – NSW & VIC

About the role

Smartvisit is seeking a relationship‑driven Destination Manager to grow and manage its partner network across New South Wales and Victoria. The role blends partnership development, account management, and operational coordination within a fast‑moving travel‑technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with attractions, hospitality partners, tourism operators, and local resellers.
• Support destination launches and ensure smooth operational delivery.
• Optimize partnership performance across NSW and VIC.
• Coordinate pricing, offers, product updates, and promotional activities.
• Represent Smartvisit at partner meetings, networking events, and industry engagements.
• Support destination performance, customer experience, and commercial growth.
• Attend State and National Tourism Conferences across Australia.

Required profile

• Experience in tourism, hospitality, partnerships, destination management, or account management.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving travel‑technology environment.
• Based in Sydney with access to a car and a driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel within NSW & VIC as needed.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
