About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless branch experience, helping customers meet their end‑to‑end financial needs. You will combine transaction processing with needs‑based conversations and promote digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide customers with a smooth branch experience, handling transactions and advising on financial products.
  • Engage in needs‑based conversations and educate customers on digital banking options.
  • Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team.
  • Support bank programs and initiatives that drive customer engagement and advocacy.
  • Maintain compliance with ANZ and branch policies, including risk‑based “know your customer” requirements.

Required profile

  • Strong customer focus with a retail banking background preferred.
  • Ability to use and promote technology in everyday banking interactions.
  • Willingness to work rostered Saturday shifts as needed.
