Associate Consultant – HomebuilderONE (HB1)

About the role

sa.global is seeking motivated Associate Consultants to join its HomebuilderONE team, delivering Microsoft‑based solutions for homebuilding organisations in Australia. The role focuses on learning the HomebuilderONE platform and supporting configuration, testing, training and deployment under the guidance of senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a structured training programme to acquire in‑depth knowledge of the HomebuilderONE solution.
• Follow predefined implementation plans, supporting configuration, testing and rollout activities.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues and assist with post‑implementation support.
• Attend client meetings to observe the implementation process and provide high‑quality customer service.
• Document and track project progress using Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams.

Required profile

• Experience or interest in software implementation projects.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Background in homebuilding or construction is a plus but not mandatory.
