Assistant Marketing Manager – Australia & New Zealand

About the role

Piaget is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of the brand’s marketing strategy across Australia and New Zealand. You will work closely with regional leaders to adapt global initiatives to the local market and drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior marketing leaders to develop and implement a localized marketing plan aligned with global strategy.
• Adapt global campaigns for media, PR, events, visual merchandising, e‑business, training and digital channels.
• Lead brand‑awareness initiatives, press launches and PR activities, managing a local agency to meet KPIs.
• Maintain relationships with editors, KOLs, publishers and influencers to maximise organic and paid coverage.
• Plan and execute boutique activations, visual‑merchandising installations and seasonal floral displays while controlling budgets.
• Define and implement the digital strategy, run multichannel campaigns, and produce regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with the client team to identify target clients, secure brand partnerships and enhance the client experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing marketing plans in a luxury or retail environment.
• Strong background in PR, media relations and event management.
• Hands‑on experience with visual merchandising and boutique activation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage digital campaigns and analyse performance data.
