About the role
Sciton is seeking an ambitious Area Sales Manager to lead the growth of its medical aesthetic laser and light technologies across Australia. Based in Sydney, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and drive revenue in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed a $2.5M annual quota.
- Identify and engage key prospects, including plastic surgeons, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase Sciton’s capital equipment.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless post‑sale support and rapid issue resolution.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.
- Proactively manage the assigned territory, uncovering new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Proven track record in capital‑equipment or medical‑device sales.
- Results‑driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Based in New South Wales and willing to travel within the Australian market.
