Architect / Designer – Large‑Scale Multi‑Residential Projects

About the role

Architectus is seeking a talented Architect or Designer to join its Brisbane Living team. The role involves hands‑on design, documentation, and delivery across a diverse portfolio of large‑scale multi‑residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Work through all project phases, from concept development to final delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate stakeholder requirements into design and documentation.
• Prepare presentations and visualisations using Revit, Enscape, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Support senior architects in preserving design intent from concept through construction.
• Communicate ideas clearly through visual, verbal and written mediums.
• Assist project leaders in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum three years post‑graduate (M.Arch) experience.
• Proven experience across all stages of large‑scale residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of the BCA/NCC, Australian Standards and local residential materials/suppliers.
• Creative problem‑solving with a proactive, methodical approach.
• Collaborative mindset and clear communication style.
