Advisor, Pursuits & Submissions

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Pursuits & Submissions Advisor to join our team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. Based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, you will work in a hybrid environment supporting bid opportunities across the ANZ region and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to pursuit planning and winning strategies, partnering with pursuit leads to define bid approaches, win themes and value propositions.
• Facilitate bid workshops and story‑boarding sessions to shape responses and key messages.
• Manage end‑to‑end coordination of Expressions of Interest, proposals and submissions, ensuring they are on time, on brand and of high quality.
• Coordinate inputs from technical teams and stakeholders, keeping contributors aligned with the submission plan.
• Maintain and enhance standard proposal materials such as CVs, project sheets and organisational content.
• Drive continuous improvement by developing processes and templates to streamline bid delivery.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage client procurement portals and submission requirements as needed.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented professional with proven experience in a corporate bid or proposal environment.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, able to manage multiple contributors and tight deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and ability to influence subject‑matter experts.
