About the role

Join a high‑performing team delivering critical digital services to Queenslanders. You will support large‑scale, high‑volume platforms that enable frontline service delivery, ensuring they remain reliable, responsive and fit for purpose.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain and continuously improve complex digital platforms used across Service Centre Operations.
  • Monitor system performance, prioritize enhancements and ensure stability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to assess issues, determine impacts and develop practical solutions.
  • Identify, triage and resolve system‑related incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Participate in testing, system changes and releases to minimise disruption to users.
  • Contribute to broader service‑improvement initiatives, including business‑process reviews, change implementation and documentation creation.

Required profile

  • Enjoys fast‑paced operational environments where priorities shift.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Effective communicator with a wide range of stakeholders.
