Administration Officer – Wealth Management Support

About the role
This permanent position provides day‑to‑day administrative support to a small team of wealth‑management advisers in Brisbane CBD. The role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping processes running smoothly and enjoys managing calendars, documentation and client communications.
Key responsibilities
- Assist advisers with account opening, client documentation and trade processing.
- Manage correspondence and phone overflow, acting as a primary point of contact for clients and colleagues.
- Prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs), order notifications and FoFA renewals.
- Liaise with third‑party providers and share registries.
- Maintain smooth operations during busy periods and adviser leave.
Required profile
- Genuine enthusiasm for administrative work and a strong attention to detail.
- Warm, engaging communicator who builds relationships with clients and team members.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Experience in a fast‑paced office or professional services environment; financial services experience is a plus.
- RG146 certification or willingness to obtain it is regarded positively.

- Salary up to $75,000 per year plus superannuation.
