About the role
Graco is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales growth and build a profitable customer base for its wide range of fluid and powder handling equipment. The role focuses on identifying revenue opportunities, managing relationships, and delivering solutions that match customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory‑specific sales plans to acquire new accounts and nurture existing key customers.
- Identify and establish effective sales channels, creating targeted marketing strategies to maximize product reach.
- Maintain high responsiveness to customer inquiries, using CRM tools to track interactions and follow‑ups.
- Conduct regular site visits and outreach to industrial contractors and facility managers to assess needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross‑functional teams to enhance product visibility and sales effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends, territory performance metrics, and competitor activity to refine strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and adjust plans accordingly.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
