About the role

The Account Manager will work with property developers, home builders and media agencies to showcase the audience and acquisition solutions powered by Apartments.com.au’s real‑estate platforms. You will join the new‑business and customer‑success team to drive lead generation, content marketing and AI‑driven products.

Key responsibilities

  • Attend appointments with property developers, project marketers and media agencies to demonstrate the value of lead‑generation, content‑marketing and AI products.
  • Set appointments with sales and marketing teams that have projects featured on Apartments.com.au.
  • Travel across Melbourne to meet clients, understand their project portfolios and present cost‑effective sales solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet monthly sales and customer‑happiness targets.
  • Liaise with product teams to create new value‑adding features for developers, agencies and platform users.

Required profile

  • At least two years of experience in media, advertising or technology sales (property‑development experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to build value‑based relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Track record of successful cold‑calling, appointment setting and achieving revenue forecasts.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking and detail‑orientation.
