Account Manager – Advertising & Revenue Growth

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join the Chilli & LAFM team and help local brands gain a voice while driving revenue growth for the station. You will act as a strategic commercial partner, building trusted relationships with advertisers and delivering impactful campaigns across broadcast, digital and live platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Find, grow and retain client partnerships to maximise revenue and market share.
• Build trusted relationships with local and national advertisers, identifying needs and developing tailored solutions.
• Create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Own sales budget, manage pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
• Generate new business through proactive prospecting, networking and lead follow‑up.
• Collaborate with promotions, content, digital and sales support teams to deliver campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, media, advertising or a commercial environment.
• Strong ability to build relationships and sell solutions, not just products.
• Confident communicator with solid presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, resilient and commercially curious, with an interest in entertainment and media.
