Y7-Y12 Lecturer / Tutor (VCE/HSC/IB)

About the role

Realus Education is looking for a Y7-Y12 Lecturer / Tutor to teach senior students in VCE, HSC or IB subjects such as English, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Accounting and Economics. The role combines delivering engaging lessons with integrating MarsLadder AI to personalise feedback and track progress.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lessons for senior students in VCE, HSC or IB subjects
• Use MarsLadder AI data insights to personalise feedback, track progress and prepare students for exams
• Help develop teaching materials including notes, tests and practice resources
• Work with students and parents to build confidence and academic strategy
• Take part in internal training, research and mentor programs to improve teaching quality across campuses

Required profile

• Strong academic background; experience with VCE, HSC or IB curriculum (ATAR high achiever strongly preferred)
• Essential experience tutoring or teaching senior-level students
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly in English
• Teamwork and communication skills, willing to share insights with the lecturer team
• Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain it)
• Availability for weekend senior classes

• Confidence using AI-powered teaching tools (training provided)
• Teaching senior students in English
