Workplace Lead – Perth Office Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Workplace Lead to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our Perth office. The role ensures a safe, welcoming and high‑performing environment for employees, clients and visitors while aligning workplace services with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily office operations, maintaining health, safety and a positive workplace culture.
• Provide administrative support to business leaders and sector teams, facilitating project delivery and business development.
• Design and deliver employee experience initiatives, including onboarding, events and communications.
• Manage facilities, vendor relationships and budgets to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with staff, leaders, suppliers and support teams to address workplace needs.
• Supervise and develop the local Operations Support team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Confident professional communicator able to engage at all organisational levels.
• Highly organised with strong planning, prioritisation and time‑management abilities.
• Commercially minded, balancing service delivery, operational priorities and budget considerations.
