Workplace Coordinator

About the role

Dentons is seeking an experienced Workplace Coordinator to join its Perth office on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role is hands‑on and operational, supporting the delivery of the firm’s Workplace Strategy and ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations to minimise disruption to business activities.
• Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, inspections and supervise on‑site contractors.
• Oversee mail, archives, reprographics and secure document destruction.
• Onboard new starters and maintain staff amenities.
• Monitor and order office supplies, promoting hybrid‑working practices.
• Participate in the Workplace Health and Safety Committee, lead emergency planning and manage office security.
• Reconcile and process invoices promptly.
• Assist the Events Manager in delivering client events.
• Keep office manuals and intranet information up to date.
• Provide reception relief as needed.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities, or a professional services environment.
• Strong sense of accountability and commitment to quality outcomes.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Perth.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
