Workday Implementation Trainer – Major Transformation

About the role

The organisation is undertaking a major People Experience transformation by implementing the full Workday HCM suite across a diverse workforce. We are looking for an experienced Workday Trainer to design, build and deliver training from the start of the project through to post‑go‑live support, working on‑site at multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials and learning content for Workday Core HCM and related modules.
• Deliver engaging training sessions face‑to‑face, virtually and on‑site for corporate, leadership and field‑based teams.
• Tailor training approaches for both blue‑collar and white‑collar audiences.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics and delivery across sites (Mango Hill, Maroochydore, Caboolture).
• Track attendance, completion rates and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Provide hyper‑care support and facilitate post‑go‑live adoption.

Required profile

• Proven recent experience delivering training on Workday HCM implementations.
• Strong exposure to Workday Core HCM and at least one of Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruitment or Compensation.
• Experience delivering training in large, complex or multi‑site organisations.
• Ability to engage both blue‑collar and white‑collar workforces.
• Current C Class driver’s licence, own vehicle and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
• Availability for immediate start and flexible early‑morning sessions.
