Human Resources Graduate Program 2027

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking passionate recent graduates to join its Human Resources Graduate Program for 2027. The program combines real‑world project experience, structured learning and global collaboration to develop future HR leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Complete three rotations across different HR functions to build capability and define a career pathway.
• Participate in a national induction and boot‑camp to understand ACCIONA’s values and sustainability mission.
• Collaborate with a cohort of 200+ graduates from more than 10 countries and receive training delivered by Comillas Pontifical University.
• Work on construction‑related HR projects locally, regionally and interstate, supporting the delivery of sustainable infrastructure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in a related field.
• Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
• Graduated between 2024 and 2026 (within the last three years).
• Willingness to be mobile and flexible for project work across locations.
