Women's Underwear Designer

About the role

Bonds is seeking a creative and commercially‑focused Designer to lead the Women’s Underwear category. You will translate trend research and brand direction into fresh, customer‑centric collections that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal Women’s Underwear ranges.
• Drive trend research, colour direction and seasonal concepts.
• Create development packs and maintain product information within PLM.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development and R&D to deliver commercial ranges.
• Coordinate sample development and support fit and product reviews.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights.
• Support range presentations and seasonal sign‑off meetings.
• Ensure products meet quality, cost and timeline targets.

Required profile

• 3+ years’ experience in fashion design, preferably in underwear, intimates or apparel.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, fit and garment construction.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to design for the customer.
• Experience across seasonal product development cycles.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Fashion, Textiles or Design.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
