Wine Marketing & Digital Media Co-ordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Wine Marketing & Digital Media Co‑ordinator to join our dynamic premium wine business. Based in our Norwood office, you will help promote our South Australian wine brands and manage our digital presence across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to maximise brand visibility.
• Manage content creation and publishing across web‑based and social media channels.
• Coordinate direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) marketing campaigns and consumer resource management.
• Maintain and optimise the ‘withwine’ CRM platform.
• Collaborate with the sales, administration and winemaking teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Passion for premium wine and solid understanding of the wine trade.
• Experience in wine marketing or related consumer‑focused marketing roles.
• Hands‑on, flexible approach with strong self‑motivation and attention to detail.
• Logical thinker with quick learning ability and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Social media platform management (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• CRM administration – preferably the ‘withwine’ system.
• Digital media content creation and scheduling tools.
