About the role
Join O’Brien® at the Port Melbourne Service Centre as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter and work towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Automotive Glazing. You will receive full on‑the‑job training while developing hands‑on skills in automotive glass repair and replacement.
Key responsibilities
- Learn to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards.
- Perform ADAS windscreen recalibrations and glass chip repairs.
- Deliver professional, timely customer service and represent the O’Brien® brand.
Required profile
- Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools.
- Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
- Full Australian work rights and ability to complete a pre‑employment medical.
Required skills
- Automotive glazing techniques.
- ADAS windscreen recalibration.
- Use of hand tools for glass repair.
