About the role
We are looking for a Windows Administrator to provide Level 2/3 support for Windows and VMware production servers, ensuring high availability and performance of critical business applications.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 support for Windows/VMware production servers.
- Manage physical Windows servers, including provisioning, firmware updates, hardware diagnostics and vendor coordination.
- Support production change implementation, patch management, server migrations and infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Plan, test and execute disaster recovery activities to ensure business continuity.
- Administer users and maintain Citrix XenApp environments.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience with Windows server administration and VMware.
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Familiarity with Citrix XenApp/XENAPP environments.
