A prominent Brisbane-based legal practice is looking for a Wills & Estates Lawyer with at least 5 years of post-admission experience who wants to move toward seniority and specialisation. Key responsibilities

• Handle complex estate planning, wills, trusts and probate matters
• Advise on family provision claims, powers of attorney and succession structures
• Draft advanced legal documents and guide high-value clients
• Represent clients in dispute resolution and litigation
• Collaborate across departments to deliver holistic legal solutions

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience in Wills & Estates law
• Strong foundation in estate planning and file management
• Commitment to growing into a senior or leadership role
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Ambitious mindset with a desire for continuous improvement
