Wellness Doctor / Integrative GP – Luxury Wellness Centre

About the role

Join the founding clinical team of an ultra‑luxury wellness destination in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. As a Wellness Doctor / Integrative GP you will provide comprehensive, preventative care to a discerning membership, helping individuals optimise health, performance and longevity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and preventative screenings
• Develop personalised treatment and wellness plans
• Manage lifestyle‑related health concerns such as fatigue, stress, hormonal and digestive health, chronic disease prevention and healthy ageing
• Provide evidence‑based guidance on nutrition, lifestyle medicine and longevity
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of medical, allied health, fitness, nutrition and recovery professionals
• Deliver high‑quality, relationship‑focused consultations (2–3 per day)
• Contribute to innovative wellness programmes and clinical services
• Support the development of clinical excellence within a premium environment

Required profile

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner
• Interest or experience in Integrative, Lifestyle, Functional or Preventative Medicine
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, patient‑centred approach
• Commitment to high‑quality, relationship‑led care
• Interest in healthcare innovation
