About the role

AECOM’s Water team is expanding across Australia and New Zealand, delivering major flood resilience, water security and infrastructure projects. Professionals can work from flexible locations while contributing to regional, national and international initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver complex water resources projects from concept through construction and operation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, mechanical, electrical and process engineers.
• Provide technical leadership, project management and design management on flood, hydraulic and coastal projects.

Required profile

• Open to candidates at any career stage – emerging professionals to senior technical experts.
• Experience in water resources disciplines such as flood engineering, hydraulic modelling, surface‑water or coastal engineering.
• Willingness to work across multiple ANZ locations and engage with global expertise.
