Warehouse Trainee – Earn While You Learn (Certificate III)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, reliable individual to join our warehouse team as a Trainee. This full‑time position offers on‑the‑job training while you work towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check and dispatch stock.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders.
• Maintain inventory control and stock management.
• Ensure warehouse safety and practice safe manual handling.
• Support supply chain and logistics operations.
• Use warehouse technology and inventory systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Work efficiently as part of a supportive team.

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual and takes pride in work.
• Eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Physically fit and enjoys hands‑on work.
• Positive, enthusiastic and self‑motivated.
• Team‑oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Safety conscious and holds a current Australian driver’s licence.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems.
