Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Sandvik is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations in Mount Isa, ensuring safe, efficient and accurate supply of spare parts and materials to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Sandvik EHS policies.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse employees to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, dispatch and pick‑and‑pack operations.
• Monitor operational performance and prepare regular reports on productivity, KPIs and EHS performance.
• Lead warehouse improvement projects and process enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Right to live and work in Australia.

Required skills

• Current driver’s licence.
• Current LF (Forklift) licence.
• Current LO (Order Picker) licence.
