Warehouse Storeperson / Freight Handler

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Storeperson / Freight Handler to join our busy Matraville warehouse. In this hands‑on position you will keep freight moving safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, sort and dispatch freight shipments.
• Scan and track items using our Warehouse Management System.
• Load and unload trucks, containers and pallets.
• Operate manual handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual and committed to safety.
• Physically capable of regular lifting up to 22 kg and repetitive manual handling.
• Team‑player with a positive attitude.
• Detail‑oriented and accurate when handling freight.
• Eager to learn and follow warehouse processes.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) operation.
• Manual handling equipment operation.
