Warehouse / SAP Data Entry Operator (Zebra Scanners)

About the role

Indigenous Managed Services is recruiting Warehouse / SAP Data Entry Operators to support CSBP's despatch operations during an SAP implementation and transition period at its Kwinana facility. The position runs for about three months, starting around 26 October to 1 November 2026, on a sportsman roster of 12-hour day shifts, with potential for ongoing work.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Zebra scanners to process inventory transactions.
• Perform inventory movements and data entry in SAP.
• Support warehouse and despatch operations during the SAP transition.
• Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records.
• Work closely with plant and despatch operators to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory control or despatch.
• Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a sportsman roster.
• Comfortable working in a sodium cyanide production facility and warehouse environment.

Required skills

• SAP or other ERP system experience is highly desirable.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
