Warehouse Picker & Packer – Specialty Cheese

About the role
We are a 15‑year‑old specialist importer and distributor of fine cheeses based in Botany, Sydney. We are expanding our warehouse team and have two openings – a casual role (30+ hrs/week) and a full‑time role (38 hrs/week, Mon‑Fri).
Key responsibilities
- Cut, pack and label a variety of specialty cheeses and other dairy goods.
- Operate in a cold‑storage environment, ensuring product integrity.
- Maintain production and batch records in line with HACCP standards.
- Load vans for deliveries and assist with occasional delivery runs.
- Lift and handle hard cheeses safely.
Required profile
- Australian work rights and availability Monday‑Friday, 7 am‑5 pm.
- Comfortable working in a cool room.
- Friendly, energetic with a strong attention to detail.
Required skills
- Current forklift licence.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Food‑handling experience, preferably with cheese.
- Knowledge of HACCP requirements.
