Warehouse Operator

About the role

Join Multisteps Industries' growing warehouse team in Perth. You will work in a safe, efficient environment where attention to detail directly contributes to daily operational success.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end warehousing tasks: receiving, sorting, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations independently.
• Load and unload trucks, vehicles and containers safely.
• Collaborate with and direct temporary or casual staff during peak periods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure a clean, organised, and safe workspace.

Required profile

• Broad experience across major warehouse and logistics functions.
• Highly self‑motivated and able to work productively without close supervision.
• Proven teamwork and coordination skills during busy periods.
• Physical fitness to lift up to 15 kg regularly.
• Valid forklift licence.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (licensed).
