Warehouse Operator (Full-time, Altona)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Operator to join our Altona, VIC facility. This full‑time, on‑site position involves receiving, storing and dispatching inventory for a leading Australian 3PL provider.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and unload deliveries, verify quantities and store items in designated locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and prepare shipments for dispatch.
• Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Conduct visual checks to prevent product damage and assist with stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet productivity targets and on‑time order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Australia (valid visa with full working rights).
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work on‑site in Altona.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to health & safety standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (LO & LF licences preferred).
• Use of RF scanners or basic computer systems for inventory handling.
