Warehouse Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to run our Adelaide warehouse for a fast‑growing premium beverage and wellness brand. This hands‑on role combines order fulfilment, stock control and dispatch coordination, offering a chance to shape our logistics as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch e‑commerce and wholesale orders accurately and on time.
• Build and arrange pallets for dispatch and manage transport liaison with courier and freight partners.
• Receive deliveries, conduct stock takes and maintain inventory levels.
• Assist with stock forecasting to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Operate a forklift safely (training provided if needed) and perform local metro deliveries.
• Support broader warehouse activities and day‑to‑day small‑business operations.

Required profile

• Current driver’s licence (manual or automatic).
• Strong attention to detail and a natural organiser.
• Physical ability to lift 20 kg cartons.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (licence or willingness to obtain one).
• Basic logistics or order‑management software.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Experience with freight or 3PL systems.
• Stock forecasting and inventory management knowledge.
