Warehouse Manager – New Lane Cove Facility

About the role

We are a specialised equipment manufacturer expanding into Sydney and seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our brand‑new Lane Cove facility. You will own the set‑up of the warehouse, build a high‑performing team and support our national growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, dispatch and inventory control.
• Lead, mentor and develop warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight and logistics operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using ERP/WMS systems.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality and company standards.
• Optimise warehouse layout, storage systems and workflow processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse leadership or management.
• Strong background in logistics, freight coordination and inventory management.
• Hands‑on leader with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Full Australian working rights.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) platforms.
• Forklift licence (advantageous).
